  It's got a good variety of fresh seafood the chips used to be one of my favourites on the menu but lately they've changed, one bonus that's only a small thing really but it does make a difference is how liberal they are with their chicken salt. Most places (99.9%) either when asked pull a face, give attitude &/or charge you for a thimble size portion of it so its a nice change.
  Eating by the waters lovely there's a playground for the kids & pelicans to feed, the attitudes of some staff aren't very welcoming the waiting time & space can be rather testing...have had better for a lot cheaper!

  Went down there about a month ago brought red snapper,took it home to cook was great then went again last week fish did not look good but brought it anyway sorry I did just rubbish.The snapper they have now is imported, Its not the same place any more hear that from a lot of people Friend had take away there two days ago said staff were not interested in serving him had to wait till they were told by the staff in fresh seafood part that customers are standing there. No wont go there again too expensive to pay top dollar for rubbish. Best place is the spit for prawns direct off trawlers, fish don't know were to buy fresh fish bit hard to understand as they catch a lot off the seaway.

  Beautiful location. Food expensive. Four in our group. I ordered a piece of snapper in batter. Another ordered grilled fish. My snapper was grilled and I was given a battered piece of flake instead. The 2 other orders were for crumbed fish and chips. Both pieces of fish smelled and tasted of ammonia and were returned and replaced (but not eaten)Chips were soggy and fed to the seagulls. Never again.
