  Absolutely worst experience i have ever had. We ordered our drinks and garlic pizza with one waitress. Another, took our garlic pizza all round the restaurant before asking me if i was waiting on it. Another waitress, came and took our mains. There were plenty of free tables, and we booked our table for 7pm. Then our drinks came. My daughter wanted to use the bathroom, another waitress had to ask a customer where it was. At 7.40pm, another waitress came and asked if we wanted the bill, as she took the garlic pizza away. We had not even had our mains. At 8pm, another waitress came and asked if we wanted more drinks. I asked after our mains. When she came back, we were told 4 minutes. 8 minutes after that, they came. My youngest daughter loved her spaghetti bolognaise. My coconut prawns were burnt, another daughter was served soggy and overcooked gnocchi, and my other daughters rice was dry enough to pick up in a clump and throw at someone. When i went to pay for the bill, that too was incorrect. It was full of alcohol, which we didn't order. When asked how the meal was, i informed the lady that it was inedible. She asked if i told my waitress. Which one???? $130 for the worst meal and service i have ever experienced. We were not rude or abusive, just completely forgotten about. This place came highly recommended. I wouldn't recommend Kokonut Willys to someone i didn't like, let alone someone i did.

  The worst restaurant on the gold coast. Wait ages to have the drinks to came and foods was took ages to delivered!!!! The foods wasn't good at all and take forever to cook the meal while it wasn't that busy at all!!!! I hate to go back, ur staff in the bar was way too rude!!!
